Dismissal & Withdrawal From School
- 1. A student can be expelled from the school if he/she is found to be a bad influence on others students or not rectifying his/her conduct/behaviour detrimental to the academic environment of the school.
- 2. Parents/guardians will also be asked to withdraw their wards whose performance is not found upto the laid down criteria of the school. If a student fails in the board exam, re-admission will not be granted as per the existing CBSE rules. He/she may appear as a private candidate only.
- 3. A Clear calendar month’s notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of notice must be given before the pupil can be withdrawn. Annual fees to be paid proportionately.
- 4. Those who leave school in May must, in all cases, pay the fee for the month of june
- 5. Transfer certificate or withdrawal is not issued until all dues of the school are settled.
- 6. Students can be asked to leave the school on following grounds: Disciplinary / Unsatisfactory progress in work.
- 7. In case a parents fails to deposit fee of his ward of one quarter (3 months) the name of the ward will be struck off the rolls of the school. Re-admission, if granted, shall be done with the permission of the principal and on the payment of re-admission fee.
- 8. At the end of the session application for withdrawal is to be given at least one month in advance i.e by 28/29 Feb.
- 9. If a parent/guardian wishes to withdraw his ward, he must give a minimum one- month’s notice to the school in written. The parents are required to collect all the belongings of their ward at the time of leaving the school campus receipt of the school-leaving certificate. The school will not be responsible for any leftover belongings.
