Divine Light School was founded in 2006 by Bal Gopal Vikas Evam Shiksha Samiti, Jagjeetpur, with the aim of meeting the educational needs of the surrounding community. The school campus is conveniently situated in close proximity to both Singhdwar and Gurukul Kangri Vishwa-Vidhayalaya, accessible by well-maintained roads with a distance of approximately 1km. Positioned along the Jagjeetpur-Jamalpur link road, adjacent to the football stadium in Jagjeetpur, Hardwar, the campus offers excellent accessibility and convenience for students, faculty, and visitors alike.

Emblem

The emblem features a depiction of a rising sun and a book, which carry significant symbolism within Indian tradition. The sun is widely regarded as a symbol of strength, prowess, and dynamism, evocative of a sense of energy and vibrancy. Meanwhile, the book represents creativity and intellect, serving as a representation of all that is good in life.
